Hospitality and Tourism Program of Study Certifications

First year requires two full semester of Survey of Business. You will work towards earning your Microsoft Office Specialist Certification. This includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Second year requires two full semester of Tourism Industry Management. You will work towards earning your National Retail Federation Customer Service and Sales Certification through Penn Foster. Click here for NRF student login platform.

Third year requires one semester of Hospitality Administration and one semester of Arkansas Tourism Industry. You will work towards earning your AHLEI Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP®) and/or AHLEI Certified Front Desk Representative (CFDR).
